Sales Agent

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent with experience selling services. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, is confident managing a sales pipeline, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Agent will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, manage an active sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing, and present and sell company services to prospective clients. The role requires consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on sales opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience selling services, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline is essential, as is computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  
• Applicants should possess excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, organisational, and time management skills and be willing to work in a high-pressure, target-driven, and collaborative environment.
  

Advantageous

• An IT industry background or experience selling IT products or services will be advantageous.
  
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is also beneficial.
  
• Experience within the financial product sales/ brokering/ financial advisory/ insurance industry is beneficial.
