Salary: R12,500 per month + Commission

Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 17:00 and 11:00 – 20:00

Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider expanding their sales team due to exciting new product offerings. They are looking for driven, customer-focused Sales Agents with proven telecommunications telesales experience to join their growing Cape Town team.

About the Role

The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote telecommunications products and services, identify customer needs, and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven contact centre environment and have a proven background in telecommunications sales.

Essential Requirements

• 
  

  Matric

  
  


• 
  

  1–2 years' contact centre telesales experience

  
  


• 
  

  Telecommunications sales experience is ESSENTIAL

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  
  


• 
  

  Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
