We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Sales & Client Services Administrator with minimum of 2 years of experience (non-negotiable) and fluency in both English and Afrikaans to join our South Africa team. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day support to our field Sales Representatives. You’ll be on the front lines of communication—both assisting clients and acting as a vital link between them and our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:


As a Sales & Client Services Administrator, your primary duties will include:



  • Make 30–50 calls daily to clients to discuss needs, address issues, and provide support.

  • Conduct proactive telesales calls to stay in touch with our existing client base and promote GWS products and identify sales opportunities.

  • Act as a support resource for Sales Representatives by relaying client needs and inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, outcomes, and required follow-ups.

  • Ensure high-quality communication—both verbal and written—with zero tolerance for spelling and grammatical errors.

  • Meet daily targets for call volume and turnover.

  • Provide weekly reporting and feedback to the Regional Director on client interactions.

  • Follow up phone discussions with clear, professional emails, always CC’ing the relevant Sales Representative.

  • Learn and stay updated on GWS products, services, and internal processes to provide confident and accurate support.




Your Profile:


We are looking for someone who is:




  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable).

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (non-negotiable).

  • Passionate about customer service and relationship-building.

  • An excellent communicator with an eloquent, engaging phone manner.

  • A high level of attention to detail.

  • Can multitask and handle various tasks and conversations on different topics with an array of clients at one time.

  • Capable of working independently, using initiative, and managing their workload without constant supervision.

  • Not a script-reader—able to build real connections with clients over the phone.

  • Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to grow within a sales-focused environment.

  • Highly organized with top-tier administrative and follow-up skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms for call logging and reporting.

Your Recruitment Experience:



  • Our HR team will review your application and respond within two weeks.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial phone or video interview.

  • If successful, you will be asked to complete a mock exercise, including the initial telephone call and email communication, simulating the initial call and a follow-up e-mail to a client summarizing the discussion on the call and outlining the next steps. This will help us assess your tone, spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.

  • Final candidates will meet with the Regional Director – Africa.

  • Reference checks will be conducted prior to making an offer.
