SALES ASSISTANT

• Procure price and availability from suppliers
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Provide sales team support to ensure efficient sales operations
• Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
• WhatsApp Groups - Monitor and assist on Internal and Customer WhatsApp groups
• Maintain and update system

• Matric (Senior Certificate)

Skills

• Valid driver’s License
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Sales or procurement-related experience
• Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically)
