Sales Assistant (Contract position)

Korridor is seeking a
motivated and reliable individual to join our Sales Team (office based) on a three -month
fixed -term contract, serving as a stand -in for an existing team member.

The successful candidate will
support day -to -day sales activities and contribute to maintaining service
levels during this period.

This is a temporary
position only. 

Duties
will include (but not limited to):

• Customer
  Engagement: Respond to online customer questions (chat,
  email), provide product info, offer recommendations, and resolve issues,
  fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Order
  & Transaction Management: Process online orders,
  handle payments, manage returns/refunds, and update sales records in
  POS/CRM systems.
  
• Product
  & Content Support: Update product listings, manage
  online inventory, tag new merchandise, and assist in creating promotional
  content.
  
• Sales
  & Marketing Support: Inform customers about online
  promotions, upsell/cross -sell items, and help analyze sales reports to
  identify trends.
  
• Administrative
  Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, manage
  schedules, and handle other digital back -office tasks for the sales team.
  
• Platform
  Management: Ensure the online store's appearance is
  maintained, managing product placement and data accuracy. 
  

Requirements

• Excellent
  written/verbal communication.
  
• Proficiency with
  CRM/POS software, MS Office.
  
• Strong multitasking
  and organization.
