Job Description - Sales Consultant - Construction (KZN)


Sales Consultant – Construction Tech | KwaZulu -Natal (Hybrid)
Drive digital transformation in construction across KZN.


We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the construction technology space—helping contractors across the region boost accuracy, efficiency, and project outcomes with cutting -edge hardware and software solutions. If you're a results -oriented sales professional who thrives on consultative selling and building strong client relationships, this opportunity in KwaZulu -Natal could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Meet and exceed sales targets within the KZN region.

    • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Deliver customised technology solutions by understanding client needs and pain points.

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM system with up -to -date data.

  • Product & Market Engagement

    • Stay current on all relevant product offerings and industry developments.

    • Collaborate with product specialists and marketing to support product promotions and campaigns.

    • Represent the business at regional product launches and industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build long -term partnerships with key clients through ongoing engagement and support.

    • Deliver knowledgeable, solution -focused service that drives customer satisfaction.

    • Gather feedback to support product development and service enhancements.



Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B technical sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and consistently meet sales goals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and embracing technology in daily work.

  • Energetic, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning and growth.

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).

  • Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the KZN region.
