Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Meet and exceed sales targets within the KZN region.
Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Deliver customised technology solutions by understanding client needs and pain points.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM system with up -to -date data.
Product & Market Engagement
Stay current on all relevant product offerings and industry developments.
Collaborate with product specialists and marketing to support product promotions and campaigns.
Represent the business at regional product launches and industry events.
Client Relationship Management
Build long -term partnerships with key clients through ongoing engagement and support.
Deliver knowledgeable, solution -focused service that drives customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback to support product development and service enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ B2B technical sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
Demonstrated ability to win new business and consistently meet sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and embracing technology in daily work.
Energetic, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning and growth.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the KZN region.
