A specialist, technology -focused consultancy is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant
(Technology Sector) to drive new business development across high -growth tech
organisations.
This is not a full -cycle recruitment role. The position is designed for a specialist who
thrives on opening doors, navigating complex organisations, and securing senior -level
meetings. The successful candidate will focus purely on the front end of the sales process,
with senior leadership supporting deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
â Market Intelligence: Map the technology landscape (SaaS, FinTech, AI, etc.) to
identify organisations with aggressive or upcoming hiring needs
â Outbound Sales Activity: Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR Directors
through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and tailored email campaigns
â Meeting Generation: Consistently secure high -quality discovery calls and pitch
meetings for senior partners
â Relationship Building: Establish early rapport with key stakeholders and position
the consultancy as a trusted talent partner
â Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured CRM workflow to ensure strong follow -
up and opportunity visibility
What They’re Looking For
â Technology Sales Background: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or
B2B sales within the technology sector
â Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with outbound activity and motivated by momentum,
targets, and results
â Executive Presence: Able to communicate confidently with senior and C -suite
stakeholders
â Autonomous & Strategic: Able to adapt messaging and approach based on
prospect needs rather than relying on scripts
