Sales Coordinator

• Order
  stock on the system
  
• Bring new equipment into stock on IFS
  
• Maintain stock lists (locations, dealers,
  demos)
  
• Allocate stock to Sales Executives
  
• Ensure all OEM reports and documentation is
  captured (arrival report, maintenance adherence
  
• Manage all machine damage insurance claims
  
• Invoice stock to financial houses and cash
  customers
  
• Review and verify all sales documentation
  
• Ensure documents are attached to IFS and
  handover documentation
  
• Open sales quotes and pro-forma invoices
  
• Ensuring all hand over documentation is
  submitted after the sale
  
• Prepare month-end and YTD reporting for South
  Africa and Korea
  
• Calculate and process Sales Executive
  commissions
  
• Process monthly reclamation invoicing
  
• Maintain population registers
  
• Provision allocation to be sent to FM monthly
  
• Arrange transport for equipment
  
• Raise purchase orders
  
• Ensure all documentation is complete before
  equipment leaves the premises
  
• Manage dealer and finance house requirements
  
• Provide administrative support to the sales
  team and National Sales Manager
  
• Assist with daily queries
  
• Arrange travel bookings
  
• Order uniforms and business cards
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12
  
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a
  Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or similar
  administrative role.
  
• Experience supporting a sales team in a
  fast-paced commercial environment.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
  including spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for
  presentations and sales support documentation.
