Job Description - Sales Development Representative

Our client is a world -leading VAT reclaims and compliance specialist — servicing over 20,000 clients across 107 countries through 40+ wholly owned global branches.

They're not looking for the finished product. They're looking for the raw material.

The Role

This is where sales careers are built.

As an SDR, you'll be the engine behind the global sales team — researching target accounts, prospecting outbound, booking qualified meetings, and feeding a pipeline that drives real closed revenue. You'll get world -class training, top -tier sales tooling, and an incentive structure designed to reward people who go hard.

Cultural fit matters here. They want people with GRIT, ambition, and a genuine passion for sales — not just CVs that look the part.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts to pursue
  • Outbound prospect across multiple channels — phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and voice note
  • Leverage tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximise output
  • Become a genuine domain and product expert
  • Track your metrics and use data to sharpen your approach
  • Hit your booked and held meetings quota and contribute directly to closed revenue
