Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and achieving sales volumes
• Cold calling, sourcing and acquiring new business
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure orders are taken accurately and priced correctly
• Managing sales queries
• Building and retaining relationships
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in the FMCG market
• Excellent telephonic etiquette
• Strong general knowledge of the food service industry
• Strong planning, and organising skills and ability to multitask
• Must have excellent communication skills, in English both written and spoken
• Good team player and excellent customer service skills
