Job Description - Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by leading
sales strategies, building client relationships, and delivering tailored
infrastructure solutions. This role requires a strong technical understanding
of integrated security services, structured cabling and data centre
infrastructure combined with proven sales leadership to expand market share and
achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for
managing a team of Account Managers.

 

Duties:

  • Designing and implement sales plans to meet business
    objectives in ICT infrastructure.

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with
    enterprise clients, ensuring long -term satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to
    achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Identifying emerging trends, competitor activities, and
    new opportunities in the ICT infrastructure sector.

  • Presenting and position ICT infrastructure solutions
    (integrated security services, structured cabling and datacenter
    infrastructure) to meet client needs.

  • Driving consistent achievement of sales quotas and
    profitability goals.

  • Working closely with technical, operations, and marketing
    teams to deliver integrated solutions.



Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
    (advantageous)

  • Sales Management experience of 5+ years
  • Industry Experience of 7+ years
  • Developed a sales team before
  • Existing senior level CXO relationships in the Gauteng
    market

  • Ability to utilize technology and AI to make daily tasks
    easier and more efficient

  • Commercially savvy - understanding deal
    crafting, or managed service crafting
