An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and commercially minded FMCG Sales Manager to join a fast -paced, growth -focused environment.

This role is ideally suited to a relationship -driven sales professional who thrives on building strong client partnerships, leading high -performing teams, and driving revenue growth within the FMCG sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market share, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive market.

• Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets

• Leading and developing a motivated sales team

• Sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role within FMCG or a related industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams

• Strong business development and key account management experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills

• Commercially astute with strong analytical ability

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or similar advantageous
