Job Description - Sales Manager, Western Africa -Animal Nutrition
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring they meet KPI objectives and enhance professional standards. Oversee sales team activities across Western Africa, managing a diverse portfolio of customers and distribution partners. Identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging Western African markets. Ensure seamless processes from order to cash, collaborating with support functions to elevate customer experiences across the region. Prepare and launch local nutritional concepts in target Western African markets to address customer needs and help advance the animal nutrition and health industry Apply now if you're passionate about sales, innovation, and making a positive environmental impact! Master's degree or equivalent in animal nutrition, health, or related fields. Formal business qualifications are an asset. Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales leadership within the animal nutrition or feed additives industry. Strong understanding of the Western African market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a results-driven mindset.
