Job Description - Sales Operations Enablement Lead

At AnyVan, our sales teams are the engine that drives our growth — and we’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to keep that engine running at peak performance. If you love the blend of data-driven insights, operational excellence, and hands-on coaching, this role is your chance to shape the success of a high-performing sales organisation.


Your day to day:
You’ll be the go to partner for sales performance, enabling reps and managers to hit and exceed their goals. Your work will combine analytics, coaching, process optimisation, and tool ownership to ensure our sales floor is efficient, effective, and always improving.

Analytics & Insights

  • Own weekly/monthly performance reporting and dashboards.

  • Spot trends, opportunities, and red flags — then turn them into action.

  • Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations.

Enablement & Coaching

  • Deliver targeted training that addresses performance gaps.
    Partner with managers on coaching frameworks.
    Run call reviews, structured feedback sessions, and create quick-hit enablement resources.

Operations & Optimisation

  • Champion best practice in sales processes and systems.

  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks (think unworked leads, dialer hiccups, or workflow inefficiencies).

  • Collaborate with Ops/Tech to streamline tools, workflows, and automations.

  • Act as owner of key sales platforms (HubSpot, Jiminny, dialers, SalesScreen, etc.) and ensure they’re powering performance.

  • Be the connector across teams — turning insights and tools into tangible sales results.

Culture & Impact

  • Reinforce a high-volume, high-standard sales culture.

  • Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and best-practice sharing.

  • Be the go-to resource for agents and managers seeking performance support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record in reporting and insights.

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or operations.

  • A natural communicator who can influence at all levels.

  • Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and sales enablement tools.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
