Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
4. Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential customers.
5. Understand customer needs and customize sales pitches accordingly.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
7. Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials

Education and Certifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Additional sales training or certifications are a plus.
