The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating new business, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.Present and explain insurance policies and benefits to clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Handle client inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve any issues or concerns.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities and results.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or similar role in the insurance industry.Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.RE5/1Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
