• Proactively generate leads by reaching out to new prospects via phone, in -person visits, and networking activities
  

• Strengthen and expand existing client relationships through consistent follow -ups and excellent service
  

• Develop tailored proposals and pricing packages, and guide customers through the onboarding process
  

• Inform and advise clients on product offerings, safe usage practices, and the advantages of switching to cleaner energy solutions
  

• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  

• Keep detailed and up -to -date records of all sales activity, client communication, and service feedback
  

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and fast turnaround times
  

• Keep a pulse on the market to identify emerging customer needs and assess competitor positioning
  

• Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency to ensure long -term satisfaction
  

Requirements

• Matric.  Further studies in sales, business, or marketing will be an asset
  
• Prior experience in a sales
  role—ideally in industrial energy or related sectors
  
• A valid driver’s license 
  
• Independent, self -starter
  mentality with a sharp focus on meeting targets
  
• Familiarity with energy/industrial product
  safety standards is beneficial
  
• Excellent verbal and written
  communication, with strong negotiation skills
