Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, US Business Hours)
Your Role: Key Responsibilities (Acquisition & Specialization Focus)
As a Sales Specialist in our B2B Outbound team, you will be responsible for:
High-Volume Outbound Calling: Executing 100-200 dials per day to US business owners.
Pipeline Generation: Building instant rapport and qualifying prospects for Fundwell's corporate financing products.
Executive Engagement: Handling objections and positioning Fundwell's solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress in the CRM system.
Who We Need (Proven Professionals)
We are seeking ambitious professionals with a demonstrated track record:
Proven Sales Acumen: At least one year of demonstrable success in a high-volume outbound sales, B2B, or cold calling environment.
Impeccable US English Communication:Flawless, neutral, and clear English accent required to communicate professionally with US executives. Exceptional presentation and articulation skills are non-negotiable.
High-Activity Commitment: Proven ability to successfully execute 100-200 outbound dials per day and thrive in a demanding, target-driven environment.
Commercial Insight: Strong understanding of general business and financial concepts (Corporate Finance, Business Loans, etc.).
Commitment to US Hours: Must be fully committed to working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST) on-site in Cape Town.
