Sales Supervisor - Aldo Canal Walk

Do you love fashion, shoes, handbags and accessories? ALDO Canal Walk is looking for a
confident and driven Sales Supervisor to help lead our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer
service

• Supervise, motivate and guide the team

• Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing
duties

Requirements

experience

✅ Supervisory/leadership

✅ Energetic, confident,
and able to motivate a team

✅ Good communication and
problem -solving skills

✅ High attention to
detail and ability to work under pressure
