Job Description - Sales Supervisor - DBF Winelands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer service

• Supervise, motivate and guide the team

• Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties

Requirements

â Previous retail experience

â Strong sales ability and customer -service mindset

â Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial

â Energetic, confident, and able to motivate a team

â Good communication and problem -solving skills

â High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

â Matric (Grade 12)
