Sales Supervisor - Frasers Tygervalley

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer service

• Supervise, motivate and guide the team during shifts

• Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties

Requirements

✅ Previous retail experience

✅ Strong sales ability and customer -service mindset

✅ Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial

✅ Energetic, confident, and able to motivate a team

✅ Good communication and problem -solving skills

✅ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

✅ Matric (Grade 12) – essential
