Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the sales team. If you have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as required

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client communications

  • Process sales orders and assist with maintaining accurate client records

  • Assist with managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing issues

  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

  • Manage and track sales quotations, contracts, and other related documents

  • Help manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory for sales purposes

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure timely execution of tasks

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant qualification is a plus)

  • 12 years experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM software experience is an advantage

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
