As a Sales Team Leader, you are the Chief Architect of Performance.  You aren't here to supervise; you are here to transform.  You are the "Hybrid Brain" that balances clinical data strategy with high-octane energy.

You understand the fundamental truth of our floor: People don’t follow instructions; they follow standards. You don't manage from a desk, you lead from the trenches.  You are the one who identifies a performance gap and closes it before the first coffee break.  You own the revenue, you own the culture, and you own the results.
