What You’ll Be
Doing

·         Innovate
Retail & Pharma Tech: Bring cutting-edge retail solutions to life in a highly dynamic and
customer-centric space.

·          Deliver Seamless Omnichannel Pricing: Lead the configuration of Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPP) to ensure
consistent, intelligent pricing across in-store, online, and mobile platforms.

·          Streamline Tax Compliance: Implement Transaction
Tax Automation (TTA) to ensure regulatory compliance and financial
accuracy.

·         Bridge
Systems & Strategy: Drive tight integration between SAP CAR, S/4HANA, POS systems,
and promotional engines to support a seamless customer journey.

·          Collaborate & Lead: Partner with
Retail, IT, and Pharmacy Ops teams to design scalable, future-ready SAP
solutions.

·          Analyze & Optimize: Identify
improvement opportunities through data insights, helping drive smarter business
decisions.

Requirements

What We’re
Looking For

·         5+
years of hands-on SAP CAR
experience, with a strong focus on OPP and TTA

·         Proven
expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail and POS integration

·         Deep
understanding of retail and/or pharmaceutical industry processes

·          Familiarity with core CAR modules: POSDTA,
UDF, DDF, HANA Views

·          Strong functional documentation and
stakeholder engagement skills

·         Agile
mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-first environments

Bonus Points
For:

·         SAP
Certifications in CAR, Retail, or S/4HANA

·          Experience in multi-country rollouts or
regulated industries (like pharma)

·          Exposure to Sales Audit, Forecasting &
Replenishment, or advanced analytics in CAR
