Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, large-scale SAP projects.
  

• Drive S/4HANA migration strategy and execution within a retail environment.
  

• Translate business needs into integrated architecture across data, applications, and technology.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across architecture and delivery teams.
  

• Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with enterprise principles throughout the SDLC.
  

• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative SAP solutions to enhance business performance.
  

• Engage stakeholders across business and IT to align on solution direction and implementation.
  

• Guide architectural governance and establish best practices, frameworks, and design standards.
  

Requirements:

• 6+ years in SAP solution architecture, specifically within the retail sector.
  

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA migrations.
  

• Strong expertise in SAP Retail business processes and technologies.
  

• Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud technologies, and Agile delivery.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ARIS and large/complex project management.
  

• Background in defining architecture metrics and performance standards.
