Those in Salesforce service at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to customer service and support. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce MCP (Multi-Cloud Platform) Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, customisation, and integration of Salesforce solutions across various clouds, with a strong focus on programmatic development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. This role will support business initiatives by building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

· Configure and extend capabilities across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other MCP tools.

· Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to gather and translate functional requirements into technical design.

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku).

· Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

· Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Contribute to documentation, release management, and deployment strategies

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a multi-cloud environment

· Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows

· Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits

· Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MCP frameworks

· Hands-on experience with API integrations and Salesforce AppExchange packages

· Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications

· Experience with Heroku, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud is a plus

· Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

· Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automated testing within Salesforce

· Experience with global Salesforce implementations
