SC Process & Digital Advisor

Come and join this dedicated team as a SC Process & Digital Advisor, you will provide specialist support (Process and Technology) to enable the achievement of associated plans and digitalization roadmaps of Supply Chain.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Overseer consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities. 

• • Contribute to the development of the digitalization strategy and road map, critical tasks and performance targets for Supply Chain and the broader organisation. 
  • Provide specialist support with the implementation of the Supply Chain digital critical tasks and performance targets, focusing on the digital deliverable’s roadmap.
  • Manage the adoption and deployment of new systems and ensure ongoing operation.Monitor and report on the health of applicable products and clusters across the value chain integrity and sustainability of digital solutions. ensuring ongoing integrity and sustainability of digital solutions
  • Ensure digitalization efforts enables value delivery.
  • Provide advisory support with defining news ways of working, designing functional requirements, enabling system tools and templates and advanced analytics

• Bachelor degree level or equivalent, alternatively relevant tertiary qualification
• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity (desirable)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge across the Supply Chain value, ability to integrate and understand what drives excellence.
• Digital and Data Science knowledge
• Process design and optimization knowledge
• Sound commercial knowledge
• Project management (agile preferred)
• Coding knowledge/ application
