Are you someone who can:

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery backlog for BI and Data Engineering, covering both projects and ad hoc work, with clear prioritisation and visibility.
• Facilitate Agile delivery by running stand-ups, planning and retrospectives, while removing impediments and keeping work moving.
• Fully manage Jira as the single source of truth, from intake and refinement through to delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks and timelines.
• Improve delivery discipline by establishing practical Agile standards, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a certificate or Diploma in computer science, information systems, or related fields
• Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Have scrum and Agile certification
• Have 3 + years of experience in the banking industry
• Have a technical mindset
