Scrum master (SaFE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead and support Agile delivery teams within a fast -paced technology environment. The successful candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate delivery excellence, remove impediments, and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe principles to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand -ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews
  
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum and SAFe methodologies and promote Agile maturity across the business
  
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery planning
  
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team delivery and performance
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams and across the Agile environment
  
• Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
  
• Coordinate across multiple teams within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  
• Foster collaboration between business, technical teams, and stakeholders
  
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, standards, and delivery frameworks
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master within enterprise Agile environments
  
• Strong experience working within SAFe Agile frameworks
  
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex delivery environments
  
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices
  
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities
  
• Relevant Agile/Scrum certifications required
  
• SAFe certification highly advantageous
  
• Experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery
  environments
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities
  
• Professional approach with strong soft skills and emotional
  intelligence
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Exposure to or aptitude for Business Analysis activities
  
• A proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn
  

Preferred Experience

• Financial services, banking, telecommunications, or large corporate environment experience advantageous
  
• Exposure to digital transformation or large -scale system implementation projects beneficial
