Job Description - SDR Trainer

Summary of Role

The Sales Development Trainer is a dynamic "player -coach" responsible for building and mentoring a high -performing SDR team focused on the US technology market. You will balance team leadership and comprehensive training with direct, hands -on prospecting to demonstrate best practices and ensure consistent pipeline growth.


Your Impact & What You'll Do
  • Training & Onboarding: Design and lead a comprehensive onboarding program and develop the playbooks required to equip new SDRs for success in the US market.

  • Team Coaching: Provide continuous, hands -on coaching and conduct regular call reviews and role -playing sessions to sharpen team skills.

  • Performance Management: Monitor team activity against key metrics and provide personalized feedback to ensure targets are consistently met.

  • Individual Sales Contribution: Manage and execute outreach for active accounts, directly performing prospecting and securing meetings to lead by example.

  • Maintain Momentum: Act as an elite individual contributor to cover accounts and maintain sales velocity during team transitions.
