Security & Tech Sales Representative

A fast -growing security and technology solutions company is seeking an experienced and results -driven Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a client -facing, on -the -road role, suited to a self -motivated sales professional with a strong background in security, IT, or technology sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and delivering tailored security and technology solutions to meet customer needs.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security and technology market
  
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio through regular site visits and relationship management
  
• Conduct client needs analyses and present suitable security, IT, and technology solutions
  
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
  
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets
  
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity
  
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  
• Represent the company professionally while on the road and at client sites
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within security systems, IT, or technology solutions
  
• Strong understanding of security products and/or IT and tech services
  
• Valid driver’s licence, vehicle and willingness to travel regularly (on -the -road role)
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  
• Strong relationship -building and client management ability
  
• Target -driven with a proactive, solutions -focused mindset
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  
• Relevant sales, IT, or technical qualification would be advantageous
