Are you someone who can:
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements (including BRS/WR), ensuring completeness for project gating and Confluence documentation.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria for Tech Pods.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery across discovery, solution design, development, testing (UAT), and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with PMO, Product Owners, Developers, Designers, Data teams and Compliance.
- Participate in gate sessions, SteerCo preparation, and project prioritisation processes.
- Support Jira ticketing (e.g., cloning, logging, tracking dependencies).
- Ensure alignment to nav» design standards, new look-and-feel considerations, and platform dependencies.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product or financial services environment.
- Relevant BA certification (CBAP, IIBA) advantageous.
- Experience working within agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong business process mapping and optimisation capability.
- Ability to interpret data insights and collaborate with BI teams.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and core artefact management.
- Exposure to multi‑disciplinary product environments with strong stakeholder complexity.
- Understanding of digital banking, financial tools, and the broader FNB ecosystem (home journeys, money management, marketplace, payments, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder engagement — particularly with multiple nav» squads, PMO, and external teams.
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and simplify complex concepts.
- Customer‑centric mindset with appreciation for solutions that lead with the end user/ customer experience in mind.
