In this role, you will be pivotal in driving strategic growth for an innovative business focused on psychology and human transformation. Your efforts will help scale the company’s operations beyond its current founder-led model, forging strong partnerships and enhancing revenue streams. Collaborating closely with the founder, you will design scalable sales infrastructures and contribute to meaningful operational systems. This role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution in a dynamic work environment.
Accountabilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies for client acquisition
- Create and manage systems for lead generation, conversion, and pipeline oversight
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from outreach to deal closure
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, including corporate and affiliate collaborations
- Collaborate with leadership to transition the business into a systemized structure
- Track and report on key performance indicators across sales and marketing funnels
- Contribute to the development of operational systems, procedures, and commercial plans
- Represent the brand effectively in various professional settings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or partnership management
- Strong background in coaching, consulting, or personal development services
- Proven ability to scale a business from founder-led to team-driven environments
- Strategic mindset with strong systems thinking and implementation skills
- Data-driven and comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and analytical insights
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and project management tools
- Based in Cape Town, with the ability to work hybrid (remote and in-person)
- Bonus: Interest or background in psychology, behavior change, or human transformation
