Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie for a luxury lodge based in Timbavati. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional with a strong background in fine dining and luxury hospitality to join a high-performing kitchen team in a breathtaking bush setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  


• Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation at all times
  


• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  


• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently upheld
  


• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
  


• Train and support junior kitchen staff where required
  


• Contribute creative ideas towards menus and guest dining experiences
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior CDP or similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
  


• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
  


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  


• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills
  


• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  


• Relevant culinary qualification advantageous
  

Package:

• Negotiable salary depending on experience
