A leading car rental company is seeking a results -oriented Senior Collections Agent to take full ownership of the debtors’ function within a collaborative and high -output collections environment. This role is critical for managing high -volume accounts and ensuring financial stability through meticulous credit control and relationship management. Positioned within an established brand, the successful candidate will drive efficiency and accuracy across the accounts receivable lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: A degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, ideally within a high -volume environment.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
  
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on high -level customer service.
  
• Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  

• Previous experience within the automotive or car rental industry.
  

• Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex reporting.
  
• Accounting Systems: Experience with established financial software (e.g., Pastel, Xero, or SAP).
