A leading workforce solutions and enterprise delivery organisation is seeking a high-performance Senior Cybersecurity Architect to support global application management, contractor delivery, and strategic workforce operations within enterprise client environments.

This role is ideal for a senior-level cybersecurity and enterprise delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced, global delivery environments and has strong stakeholder engagement, operational management, and enterprise support capability.

The successful candidate will work across local and global delivery models, supporting enterprise application management environments, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement initiatives.

THE ROLE

This role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.

You will be responsible for supporting enterprise delivery operations, stakeholder collaboration, operational workflows, contractor engagement, and service delivery excellence across managed services and application management environments.

The role combines enterprise delivery coordination, stakeholder management, operational governance, talent pipeline support, and strategic client engagement within global support environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Delivery & Application Management Support

• Supporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery models
• Collaborating with local and global delivery stakeholders across multiple projects and workstreams
• Supporting contractor delivery operations and workforce management processes
• Ensuring delivery alignment to enterprise client expectations and SLA requirements

Operational Workflow & Governance

• Managing operational workflows, reporting processes, and delivery coordination activities
• Driving SLA adherence and operational excellence across support environments
• Supporting onboarding processes, contractor engagement, and operational administration
• Maintaining delivery documentation, reporting standards, and operational accuracy

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Acting as a client-facing representative within enterprise and managed services environments
• Supporting communication between delivery teams, stakeholders, contractors, and clients
• Building strong working relationships across remote and global teams
• Supporting enterprise-level delivery and operational coordination initiatives

Talent Pipeline & Workforce Support

• Building and maintaining high-quality talent and delivery pipelines
• Supporting sourcing and workforce coordination initiatives using platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • ATS platforms
  • Enterprise sourcing tools
• Supporting contractor retention and pipeline growth initiatives
• Contributing to operational efficiency and workforce delivery optimisation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience within:
  • Enterprise environments
  • Managed services
  • Application management
  • Workforce delivery operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
• Experience working within remote and global delivery environments
• Strong organisational, operational, and workflow management skills
• Understanding of enterprise application management and support models
• Experience working with sourcing and recruitment platforms including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
