About Our Client
Our client is a global research and insights organisation undertaking a major People Data & Insights transformation initiative. With people data currently spread across multiple platforms and systems, they are investing in building a scalable, automated, and insight-driven HR data ecosystem that will become the single source of truth for workforce planning, performance analytics, and reward decision-making.
This is a highly strategic role where you will play a central part in designing the future state of people data, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
The Role: Senior Data Engineer
As the Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design and development of a unified HR data ecosystem that consolidates people data from multiple sources into a clean, scalable, and automated platform. You will be responsible for building enterprise-grade data models, integrating HR systems, automating reporting through Power BI, and establishing robust governance processes.
The role will focus initially on creating the data foundations, integrating systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR, and delivering trusted automated dashboards. As the programme matures, you will expand the solution to support workforce planning, compensation analytics, benchmarking, and long-term business decision-making.
