Senior Duty Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Duty Manager to join a luxury safari lodge. This is an urgent opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent guest relations skills and the ability to oversee daily lodge operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.

  Supervise and support staff, maintaining high standards of professionalism and guest service.

  Manage guest arrivals, departures, requests and complaints with care and efficiency.

  Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  Conduct operational checks to ensure the property maintains its luxury standards.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with staff scheduling, briefings and performance management.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

  Support lodge management with administrative duties, reporting and operational planning.

  Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.
  
  

  
  

Requirements:

  Previous experience in a senior duty management or supervisory role within a luxury lodge, hotel or similar hospitality environment.
