is seeking a Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician to take ownership of
maintenance, repairs, and system optimizations across its high-volume
production environment.

This role is
ideal for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced,
process-driven operations. The facility runs continuous production across
weekdays and employs over 100 staff.

Your Role

You will be
responsible for ensuring mechanical and electrical systems operate at peak
efficiency. From installation to troubleshooting, your expertise will reduce
downtime, enhance machine performance, and support the company’s commitment to
operational excellence.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair a
  wide range of electro-mechanical equipment and systems.
  
• Conduct fault-finding diagnostics
  using advanced tools and technical schematics.
  
• Calibrate systems and adjust
  equipment for optimal performance.
  
• Use precision instruments
  (oscilloscopes, voltmeters, etc.) and hand/power tools effectively.
  
• Modify and upgrade system
  components in collaboration with engineering teams.
  
• Document all maintenance and
  repair activities with precision.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry
  safety and regulatory standards.
  
• Contribute to continuous
  improvement projects and team collaboration.
  

Requirements

What You
Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in process
  manufacturing (plastics, FMCG, food & bev, automotive, etc.).
  
• Recognized Electro-Mechanical
  Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
  
• Deep understanding of mechanical
  and electrical systems.
  
• Strong fault-finding skills and
  ability to maintain complex machinery.
  
• Proficient with PLCs and
  automation systems (advantageous).
  
• Independent, proactive, and
  hands-on technician with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  
• High attention to detail and
  commitment to safety.
