Senior Executive – SCM/ Logistics

Role summary

• Manage Documentation from Warehouse -> Customer.

Key activities

• Load Port to Destination Port Beira/Nacala/Durban/Cape Town.

Warehousing

• Quality (Health & Safety).
• Product Integrity & Aesthetics.
• Product Security • Batch Management.
• Check Delivery Dates Matching Sales Promise.
• Check SAP Dox for Accuracy (Invoice/Packing List/Form 18) o FCA Vs FOB, Pricing vs. offer, Prompt Delivery If a Sales Request Is Required, and Check Grades.
• Outbound Warehouse Clearances.
• Manage Product Flow from Warehouse -> Customer.

Key performance indicators

• % Accuracy of delivery from supplier to customer.
• No. of complaints from customers in relation to delivery.
• Timeliness and accuracy of processing for payments to suppliers.

Scope of the Role

• Manage warehouse and trucking orders.

Position’s requirements

1. Educational Qualifications: B. Comm Logistics/SupplyChain

2. Knowledge and Experience: 7 to 13 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
