Senior Governance Manager (Marketing - Banking)

One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for an experienced Governance Manager to join their Marketing and Brand Management team, on a permanent basis towards Sandton.

Main functions:

• To provide guidance and best practice to the marketing operations across the entire value chain
• Drive adherence to policies and procedures
• Drive adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct a gaps analysis across the value chain
• Evaluation and monitoring of governance practices
• Continuous development of governance
• Risk management
• Stakeholder engagement and management

• Matric
• No less than 7 years' work experience in a Governance role, integrated with marketing. Must have worked in cross functional teams. Worked within financial services sector, of which 6 years' work experience must be holding a Managerial title.
