The Role: Senior Graphic Designer
As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the guardian of visual craftleading projects from concept to final frame, blending bold ideas with sleek execution. From brand campaigns to digital storytelling, you'll bring design thinking and motion design expertise to every brief. Expect to work on posters that pulse, identities that animate, and stories that move audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring world-class outcomes

• Design and develop impactful visual identities, campaigns, and digital content

• Elevate design systems with innovative motion graphics

• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and creative directors to push creative boundaries

• Mentor and guide junior designers to grow their skills and sharpen their craft

• Stay ahead of design and motion trends to deliver fresh, culture-shaping work

About You

• 5+ years of experience in design studios or agencies with a strong balance of craft and concept

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in both static design and motion graphics

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and motion workflows

• Strong skills in branding, typography, layout, and storytelling

• Collaborative spirit with leadership ability to design, direct, and inspire
