Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Lodge Couple for a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati. This opportunity is ideal for a couple with strong complementary skills, combining an exceptional Food & Beverage professional with an experienced Field Guide who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury bush environment.

Position 1: Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations.
  


• Manage the kitchen and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  


• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  


• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
  


• Manage stock control, ordering and cost management.
  


• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen and service teams.
  


• Deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
  

Requirements

• Strong Food & Beverage management experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment.
  


• Proven ability to manage a kitchen effectively.
  


• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  


• Strong understanding of stock control and kitchen administration.
  


• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  

Position 2: Senior Field Guide

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interpretive game drives and guest activities.
  


• Deliver exceptional wildlife experiences and guest engagement.
  


• Share knowledge of wildlife, ecology and conservation.
  


• Ensure guest safety at all times.
  


• Assist with lodge operations and guest hosting when required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years' guiding experience within a luxury safari lodge.
  


• Relevant FGASA qualifications and valid guiding certifications.
  


• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
  


• Passion for conservation and luxury hospitality.
  


• Professional, enthusiastic and service-driven approach.
