Fully manage and oversee all operations specific to the the Bed and Breakfast including: Stock taking, welcoming guests, managing staff, managing the maintenance team, ordering, dealing with guest complaints, checking on staff and taking responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the B&B

Requirements

Experience in a hospitality management business

Own transport

Availability to work shifts

Ability to manage sometimes challenging staff dynamics

Conferencing experience

Honest and reliable
