Senior Manager: Business Vetting

Experience with commercial vetting processes, risk assessment frameworks and related tools. Deep expertise in financial ratio analysis and business credit evaluation. Strong understanding of corporate financial systems, reporting structures, and governance. Minimum 8 years proven experience in business vetting across SME, Corporate, and Government segments. Strong grounding in credit risk management, vetting best practices, and process governance. Familiarity with Vodacom vetting platforms (DV360, Case Centre) sufficient to guide process usage and integration—not technical platform management. Strong analytical judgement, problem‑solving and decision‑making capability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and external customers. Good understanding of Vodacom's operating environment, risk appetite, and commercial complexity.
