Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Duration based Senior Manager, Change Management located in New Brunswick, NJ, Raritan, NJ or Johannesburg, RSA!

In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide change efforts that enable teams to adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. You will partner closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear communications, strengthen engagement, and sustain long-term behavioral change.
This is a highly visible opportunity to influence transformation outcomes and help teams navigate change with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Change Strategy and Planning
Define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to transformation goals and milestones
Develop integrated change plans that include stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption approaches
Assess change impacts, risks, and readiness across functions and recommend practical mitigation strategies
Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Design and deliver engagement strategies for senior leaders, program sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Create clear, consistent messaging and leadership communications, including updates, presentations, and FAQs
Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization to foster alignment, sponsorship, and participation
Enable Adoption and Measure Impact
Support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across workstreams
Define and track meaningful adoption and behavior-change metrics
Identify barriers to adoption and implement targeted actions to sustain change over time
Develop Content and Enable Leaders
Create scalable, multi-format content (presentations, playbooks, toolkits, and training materials)
Equip leaders and managers with tools and guidance to effectively communicate and reinforce change
Continuously improve content and engagement approaches based on feedback and outcomes
Collaborate and Support Governance
Partner with PMO, Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams to align change initiatives with program priorities
Contribute to governance forums by highlighting risks, readiness, and mitigation plans
Support readiness assessments and post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained results
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Experience and Skills:
Required:
7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation initiatives
Experience leading change management in large-scale transformation programs, ideally within supply chain, operations, or healthcare environments
Proven ability to design and deliver engagement strategies that drive alignment and adoption
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels
Experience developing structured change plans, communications, training materials, and adoption frameworks
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience
Experience measuring adoption, readiness, and stakeholder sentiment
Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and content development platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Other:
English Fluency is required
PROSCI is highly preferred
