Senior Manager Restructuring 

Kroll Restructuring professionals serve as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.

We are looking for a Senior Manager join our Restructuring team. 

As a Senior Manager, you will take full responsibility for a portfolio of cases, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability. You’ll provide strategic guidance on case progression, manage budgets, and mentor your team to deliver excellent outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage larger and more complex appointments and manage a sizable portfolio of cases 
• Management and direction of junior staff members 
• Be able to work on several different assignments effectively at one time;
• Ensure deadlines met and case progression can be demonstrated across own portfolio;
• Assume responsibility for, build and maintain key stakeholder relations and liaise with clients, clients’ employees, agents and solicitors as necessary, including site visits;
• Assist the Managing Directors and Directors in ensuring that stakeholder needs are met
• Provide supervision of/delegate work to junior staff and assist juniors with queries;
• Provide guidance, motivation, mentoring and assistance to junior members of the team, assisting them with their training and progression in Kroll and undertake appraisals and other actions as required;
• Conduct regular case reviews and support complex investigations 

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience 
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure, deal with ambiguity and manage conflict / challenging situations;
• Experience managing and delegating work 
• Strong understanding of related legislation
• Strong team player;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases at once 
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• Strong academic track record.
