Senior Marketing Coordinator (Executive Support, Social Media & CRM Operations) – Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
This is not a strategic marketing leadership role.
This is a highly execution-focused position built for someone who thrives in structured but fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping systems, content, communication, and workflows organized and moving forward.
You’ll work closely with leadership across:
Marketing operations
Social media execution
CRM management
Content coordination
Program administration
Executive support

What You’ll Own
Executive & Operational Coordination
Support day-to-day executive and operational workflows
Manage:
Calendars
Scheduling
Administrative coordination
Communication workflows
Maintain organized task trackers and project management sheets
Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and operational details are completed accurately
Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively flag issues
Marketing Execution & Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and publish content across:
LinkedIn
Facebook
Instagram
Community platforms
Manage:
Engagement
Direct messages
Community interaction
Monitor social media performance and maintain organized reporting
Support setup and monitoring of:
Advertising campaigns
Program promotions
Event campaigns
Content Creation & Digital Assets
Edit and produce:
Short-form videos
Social media graphics
Marketing assets
Organize and format:
Workbooks
Guides
Scripts
Cheat sheets
Program materials
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and content
Email Marketing & CRM Operations
Build and manage workflows in:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
CRM systems
Email automation tools
Execute:
Outreach campaigns
Follow-up sequences
Participant communication
Maintain clean CRM records and organized pipeline tracking
Ensure no leads or participant follow-ups are missed
Program & Membership Administration
Organize digital program materials and member resources
Track participant progress and communication
Support onboarding and administrative coordination
Troubleshoot minor technical issues across online platforms
Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support
Conduct research to build:
Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
Prospect lists
Lead generation data
Support outbound outreach and marketing initiatives
Assist with:
Minor website updates
Account setup
Reporting and documentation

No missed follow-ups across leads or participant communication
