Senior Marketing Coordinator - Online Retail | Sports

Step into the fast-paced world of Omni-Channel Marketing to execute Direct Marketing strategies & campaigns for our wide range of the biggest local & internal brands within the sports online space

• Research and Development of Bloomreach capabilities
• Conduct regular A/B testing of various emailer campaigns  
• Direct Marketing: Emailer & SMS: Plan, build, test and execute for all events, campaigns, offers & sales.
• Website Storefronts: Plan & brief in the layout to ensure all relevant campaigns including current products are displayed aligned to the Marketing focus and/or strategies across own brand and partner sports brands.  
• Reporting: Pulling & collating monthly emailer reports for performance feedback meetings.
• Campaign & Product Launches: Ensuring go-live dates are adhered to & the communication thereof.
• Precision Marketing: Working with the TFG Rewards Team to maximise our marketing efforts / reach.
• External & Internal Stakeholder Relationships: To ensure full reach, we communicate our new product launches, campaigns, offers and/ or sales with internal (TFG Rewards) and external (Mall Marketing) Marketing Teams.
• Briefing: Utilising monday.com & Asana - Design, CRM and promotion tasks are compiled & briefed to ensure full team visibility and ownership.
• External Brand Relationships: Working alongside the biggest local & internal brands such a Nike, adidas Originals, Puma to name a few by collaborating with their marketing teams to ensure their brand & campaigns come to life within our space.
• Quality Checks: Website display & functionality checks
• Team Work: Working closely with both internal Buying, Marketing & Omni Teams to facilitate the online execution of launches, campaigns, events etc.  
   

• Degree or qualification in related field (Marketing, BCom).
• Experience in CRM/Data-driven marketing
• 5+ Years working experience in similar position with a minimum of 2+ years proven leadership
• Understanding knowledge of streetwear and performance & the brands that exist within that space.
