Cape Town Office | Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time, with a 1-hour lunch break | R30,000 – R40,000 per month depending on experience

Our client is a global B2B brand-to-demand agency specialising in IT, cybersecurity, software, SaaS and technology brands. Headquartered in Belfast, the business has served clients across the UK, Ireland, EMEA and the US since 2013.

The agency helps businesses ensure they are found, trusted and chosen by buyers through an approach that integrates Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), executive brand management, thought leadership and lead generation.

The business is a recognised, multi-award-winning organisation in its field and is currently driven by ambitious growth plans.

THE ROLE: SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Senior Marketing Executive will manage multiple customer relationships and their associated marketing outcomes while developing and delivering comprehensive strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals.

The role involves planning, executing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, while working closely with customer sales teams to support demand generation and deliver results.

The position is fast-paced and involves managing multiple clients and their expectations. The specification also describes these as full-time hybrid roles based in Belfast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple customer relationships and associated marketing outcomes.


• Develop and deliver comprehensive, strategic marketing plans tailored to client goals.


• Plan, execute and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.


• Collaborate closely with customer sales teams to help drive demand generation and deliver results.

ABOUT YOU

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 1 year of actual marketing experience being non-negotiable.


• Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.


• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Degree in Marketing or equivalent is desirable.


• Prior B2B marketing experience is desirable.


• Prior experience working with technology-focused organisations is desirable.
